When an existing client comes in with a dream, we ensure it comes to life! In under 3 months the CBD team was able to design, document and project manage the construction and completion of LOFT 22, Albany's newest Tapas and Wine Bar. 
The concept was simple, "grand" and "unlike anything in Albany", the execution was exactly that. 

LOFT 22 is now open for business and regularly booked out! Food critics from around the world have come and reviewed the restaurant, most giving perfect scores and always mentioning the design in their reviews.
